Tuesday 25 February 2025 Future fundraising set to be a roaring success at Northway Northway are delighted to be taking part in the Pride of Gloucestershire ‘Lions at Large’ trail raising much needed funds for the Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Trust. The charity’s aim is to provide state of the art equipment, fund ground-breaking research, help make hospital life better for patients, provide mental health and wellbeing support and enhance local cancer care at the Gloucestershire Oncology Centre. The Lions at Large project in particular is a county wide effort to raise money for The Big Cancer Space appeal. To help the charity achieve their mission, Northway are sponsoring one of thirty lion cub sculptures this summer. Carrie from the Cheltenham and Gloucester Charitable Trust spent time during a recent assembly to explain the project to a very receptive and excitable audience!The team will collect their blank cub sculpture in March and have free reign to decorate it how they wish!
